Neighborhood Food Pantries

Since 1999, Neighborhood Food Pantries has provided food security to their neighbors in need, as well as monetary assistance for housing, utilities, medical care/prescriptions, etc. Their mission is to effectively distribute food and emergency assistance in Northwest DuPage County through community and faith partnerships, collaborations, volunteer efforts, and ongoing fundraising. In addition to the design of the logo, I’ve done the layout/design of the NFP annual report for the last several years. Find out how you can help.

 

1st Way Life Center

My work with 1st Way Life Center, a crisis pregnancy support center in Johnsburg, Illinois, spans over 10 years. I updated the 1st Way logo (featured below) about five years ago. Marketing materials have evolved as well, to incorporate the new logo. The trifold brochure that I created as my initial volunteer project for 1st Way, where I wrote copy in addition to the layout and design of the brochure, has been edited and re-designed as a bifold brochure.

Each year 1st Way holds a fundraising banquet and I have handled the layout and design of the collateral for the banquet, including the invitation package, program, signage, web banners and print ads for the event.

Fund the Fringe Campaign

Series of posters for Oconomowoc (Wisconsin) High School theater program’s fundraising campaign to send the theater troop to Edinburgh, Scotland for the 2009 Fringe Festival. I was provided with the basic information about dates of the events. Image of Fat Maw Rooney and Andy Gladbach head shot were provided, but I created the visuals for the other posters based on the events.
